Gymnastics

We have been doing Gymnastics for the last 4 weeks.
We start by warming up and then doing stretching exercises. Then we learn to do forward rolls, walk along the beam, jump up onto the box horse and practise landing properly from the bouncer. We also practise balancing positions on the floor. We really like trying hard and we are all pretty good at doing all the things. We have gymnastics in the Hall and the big Sports Squad buddies set out all the equipment for us.
